Why do I need to submit a Certificate of Residence?

If you are a resident of New York State, but not of Ulster County, you are required to submit to the Student Accounts Office a Certificate of Residence from your home county.  This document must be submitted NO LATER THAN 30 DAYS AFTER THE FIRST DAY OF THE SEMESTER and no earlier than two months prior to the first day of the semester. 

The form can be dropped off at the Student Accounts Office in VAN 204, emailed to studentaccountsinfo@sunyulster.edu, or mailed to:
