All of your course content should reside under Content (Learning Modules) accessible from the left hand menu. Sometimes the menu is not visible. To make it appear, check for a vertical blue bar on the left side of the screen. Click on it to expand the menu.
Courses will appear in Blackboard one week before the official start date, but typically instructors do not make content available until the first day of the course. The Course Outline is usually made available before the start date.
